 Grace to You and Peace

Welcome to the Website of the First Presbyterian Church in Miller, South Dakota

We are a worshipping and praying community of disciples of Jesus Christ.

If you are looking for a place to worship, or a place to seek after God, a place to pray or sing or meditate, we welcome you.

We see ourselves as a church to the community of Hand County -- a congregation of people continually seeking God's will for us and for the world.

We are dedicated to promoting God's work and God's Word in the congregation, in the community, and in the world.

We hope that you will take some time to explore our site, and please know that you are welcome to join us for worship, youth groups or any of our activities.

Link to the June 2015 Belize Mission Trip -- follow along with members of our congregation through their daily journal!

This week's Household Morning Prayer

Enlivening God, each morning I am awakened by your goodness nudging the earth to life.  I am filled with wonder.  Your steadfast love extends to the sky, your constancy reaches to the clouds.  How precious is your steadfast love!  It shines like the dawn, and dews the desolation of my soul. Manifest in me the gifts of your Spirit so that I may rejoice in you as I delight in serving your world this day.  Amen.

This week's Household Evening Prayer

As evening falls and darkness shutters the day, do not forsake us, O God. Crown the sky with jewels of light so that your salvation may burnish the heavens and illumine the earth, and all find refuge in the shadow of your wings.  Amen.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to Technical difficulties with the recording equipment, we have not been able to put additional sermon videos on our website here -- we do hope to have this issue resolved in the near future and thank you for your patience and understanding.
